Cabinet Request Form

If you are interested in ordering cabinets or parts through us, please use this form. Include name, preferred method of contact, cabinets and parts reqeusted, and some notes about what you are looking for. We respond regularly via email, text, Facebook Messenger, and on the arcade-projects, shmups, and bemaniso forums.

Our container orders are roughly every 3-4 months. If we complete an order, please expect up to a 3-4 month wait time before it arrives and is ready to ship. This form is only to help organize requests; contact and negotiation will be done through more direct means.
