Game Center Saru
Game Center Saru is a private free play showroom located in Reno, NV. It is not open to the public, but visitors are welcome by appointment. We also do (TBD) meetups for the local community to play. This traditional-style Japanese Game Center is provided completely free of charge so that players can experience the feel of rural hole-in-the-wall arcades in Japan without leaving the US.
The Game Center is currently under construction; there is no heating and air conditioning, and the walls, ceiling, and floor remain unfinished, but it's still set up as a usable space! Other future additions include a dedicated restroom, full-size stairs, service counter area, sleeping capsules, manga library, retro game nook, Japanese vending machines, cranes, and more!
